Welcome to the new ValueGuardian Support Desk. As some of you may have noticed we have had some issues with our previous Help Desk software. So we've setup a new system using the "Get Satisfaction" platform. This new system will enable us to respond to your feedback in a more reliable and timely fashion. Also the system provides a user community where opinions, ideas, and feedback are visible to all. The system makes our responses equally visible and keeps our feet to the fire in always living up to our name.
